Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds. Only the remaining real-money balance will be released.

VF38 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to technical error, human error, or data feed failure (commonly referred to as "palpable error" or "palp"). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's account.
